Our organization is in the process of expanding our client offerings to include People Operations services, solutions, and strategies to continue to grow our services for being a trusted operations partner for progressive organizations.
The Positions
To support our efforts to create and implement People Operations services for our clients, we are seeking to build a team of People Operations staff who can design and execute upon people programs for our clients as well as assist in the development and alignment of internal systems and processes to ensure we are effectively meeting the needs of our clients.
Over the next several months (and years) as we grow this new function, we will be hiring several People Operations positions to join our dynamic team. We are looking for positions at all levels of experience and skills within People Operations - from individuals with limited experience (but a drive to learn and passion for creating more effective, people-oriented organizations) to individuals with years of experience and insight building and implementing people programs.
