As a Nonprofit Salesforce CRM expert, you have extensive experience in using, managing and upgrading the Salesforce platform for nonprofit fundraising, program management, community-building and communications.
Responsibilities
Work with iMission team members and clients to:
- Setup Salesforce for Nonprofits as needed by clients
- Migrate data and establish processes that maintain accurate information
- Integrate communication, events, fundraising and other best-in-class applications.
- Provide ongoing client support and training
- Enhance and expand the use of the Salesforce platform to help clients raise more money, streamline operations, and fire-up engagement
Requirements
- Deep experience with the Salesforce Nonprofit ecosystem
- Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Passion for working to create a better tomorrow for all
- Strong data management skills, with a commitment to data integrity and security
- Strong sense of curiosity and a desire to learn new systems, technologies, and ways of working
- Keen interest in developing workflows and processes that make nonprofit teams more productive and responsive to their stakeholders
