Manager of Donor Operations & Communications

The Manager of Donor Operations & Communications reports to the Executive Director and

supports the Development Team in advancing fundraising strategies that sustain and grow

donor partnerships. This role is essential to expanding access to SIS’s embodied leadership and

somatic coaching programs and to ensuring the organization’s long-term financial health.

This position approaches fundraising as a deeply relational practice grounded in partnership,

collaboration, and shared vision. Central to the role is the ability to track, analyze, and manage

the donor and prospect pipeline, skillfully segment audiences, and develop thoughtful

communication strategies that strengthen connection and engagement.

The Manager designs, implements, and strengthens effective systems and processes with rigor

and accountability. They prioritize strategically, cultivate productive cross-team relationships,

and help advance a disciplined, values-aligned fundraising operation.
