Description
Raven Strategies is seeking a qualified individual to assist with client work related to fundraising and communications for our 2026 primary races for the NYC Council, NYS Legislature, and US Congress.
Responsibilities
- Assist with fundraising activities of our clients, including but not limited to, prepping and staffing call times with candidates, completing pledge follow ups via phone and email, and staffing fundraising events
- Drafting email, text, and social media communications to current and prospective donors to candidates
- Managing and tracking endorsement processes for candidates and campaign leadership, including conducting initial outreach to organizations, completing questionnaires, and serving as a liaison between the organizations and campaign leadership
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and tracking for all fundraising and compliance activities for clients
- Attend daily and weekly meetings with Raven Strategies’ leadership, client campaign leadership, and other stakeholders
Qualifications & Availability
- At least 3+ years of political campaign experience, ideally with a focus on fundraising or communications. Must possess excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) and ability to manage multiple complex projects at once with intense attention to detail. Basic graphic design skills are a +
