    Description

    Help create an amazing event experience by assisting with the venue's physical setup and layout. This role is essential to ensuring everything is ready for athletes, volunteers, and guests to enjoy a smooth and successful event.

    Volunteer Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the set-up and arrangement of event spaces, including equipment, signage, and supplies
    • Follow instructions from event staff to ensure proper layout and safety standards
    • Support with moving, lifting, and organizing materials as needed
    • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other volunteers and staff
    • This role requires walking, bending, and lifting equipment ( with assistance when necessary)
