    Learn how to save a life and meet your local American Red Cross!

    The American Red Cross is hosting a series of FREE trainings in Hands-Only CPR for the Rockford community. Come learn how to use chest compressions to keep someone alive until the EMTs arrive, and we'll also share snacks and show you around our local offices. We'll tell you about other training and volunteer opportunities with us-- but there are no strings attached. The first 50 people to sign up for sessions will receive a free travel first aid kit.
