    Description

    Leadership Development Program

    Saidika Organization is excited to host its Leadership Training in Kisumu Town from 18th – 20th December 2025. This intensive three-day program is designed to equip emerging and established leaders with essential skills in leadership, communication, and digital tools to foster growth, collaboration, and effective service within their institutions and communities.

    Participants:

    The training will accommodate 30 leaders, carefully selected to ensure diversity and impact:

    • 15 Youth Leaders
    • 10 Women Leaders
    • 5 Golden Age Leaders (Elders)

    Participant Composition:

    • Church Leaders
    • Institutional Leaders (CBOs, Heads of Learning Institutions, Foundations, etc.)
    • Women Leaders
    • Youth Representatives

    Training Objectives:

    • Strengthen leadership and communication skills.
    • Build capacity in digital tools and strategic thinking.
    • Promote collaboration and service-oriented leadership within communities.
    • Support participants in developing actionable leadership plans.
