    New Castle Sound the Alarm - Saturday, March 21, 2026

    American Red Cross volunteers, City of New Castle Fire Department and community partners will install free smoke alarms in New Castle. Working smoke alarms can cut the risk of death from home fires in half. That’s why we’re rallying volunteers to Sound the Alarm. Experience a rewarding day connecting with other volunteers and the families you’ll help. Volunteer to install free smoke alarms.
