    What You’ll Do

    • Create and maintain accurate charts for clients, foster families, and support staff.
    • Organize and file all paperwork while implementing system improvements for efficiency.
    • Ensure timely completion and submission of licensing forms, background checks, and required documents.
    • Conduct home studies and consult with families to support initial licensing or re-approval.
    • Monitor charts and processes to maintain compliance with DCF and agency standards.
    • Consults with families to address areas of concern impacting licensure.

    What We’re Looking For

    • High School Diploma (Required), Prior experience with file management
    • Bachelor’s degree in the human service field (preferred)
    • Experience working with DCF, CSSD, or in a child placement agency. (Preferred)
    • Experiencing working with a high-need or at-risk child/adolescent population (Preferred)

    Pay: 50,000K- 52,000K

    Expected hours of work: 37.5 per week
