The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is the administrative arm of New York City government. We are the entity responsible for supporting all City agencies which provide services to the public. Although DCAS’ primary responsibility is to provide support services to the other City agencies and employees, we also provide opportunities for individuals and businesses to benefit from our many resources.
