Exhibiting at the Idealist Grad School Fair in New York City

Date: Tuesday, September 30, 2025

Time: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Location: Metropolitan Pavilion (125 W 18th St, New York, NY 10011)

Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive at the venue at 3:30 p.m. This allows for ample time to set up your booth and grab a light refreshment before attendees begin arriving at 5:00 p.m.

Pack Light

Don't worry about bringing too much swag. Pack your latest materials and anything you may need for a booth, like a tablecloth or standing banner.

Collect attendee information using a mobile device and contact cards, or by generating a QR code so prospective students can keep in touch.

Reserve Accommodation Early

Idealist does not have any hotel room blocks, so be sure to plan ahead by booking your room as early as possible.

To make the most of your exhibitor table, we recommend:

- A branded tablecloth for a 6-foot table. This helps your booth look polished and visible.

- Printed brochures or program fact sheets outlining your offerings, deadlines, and admissions info.

- A sign-up sheet or tablet to collect student contact info. A clipboard or QR code works well too.

- Optional giveaways or branded items such as pens, stickers, or tote bags to help attract students.

- Business cards for students who want to follow up with you.

- Table signage with your school’s name and logo to help students spot you.
