Change your password right from your account settings!
Before we get started: Did you forget your password entirely and can’t log in? Find out how to reset your password. Are you trying to gain access to your organization’s account on Idealist? You can create a new login and request to become an administrator of your organization.
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account using your original email address and password.
2. Click your name near the top right corner of the screen, then click "Account Settings" in the dropdown menu.
3. Click “Password” or scroll down until you see the option to update your password.
4. Input your current password, then the new password you'd like to use, then click "Update Password." You'll be all set to log in using your new password.
