How long will my listing appear on the site?
The life of a listing varies based on listing type.
*If you are posting on behalf of a recruiter, consultant, or business you may only post jobs, internships and events. If you are posting as the administrator of a nonprofit, government agency, hospices or community group then you may also post volunteer opportunities. Jobs & Internships
Jobs and internships expire automatically 30 days after the posted date, regardless of any start dates or application deadlines included in the listing.
If you’re no longer accepting applications, we recommend hiding the listing so job seekers can no longer find it on the site. Visit our other article for more information on how to hide a listing.
You can also post a new copy of your listing using our repost feature. Please note that reposting any paid listing will incur a new posting fee.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer listings expire automatically 6 months from the posted date, regardless of any start dates or end dates included in the listing. However, you can refresh your listing using our renew feature, which will reset the posted date.
If you’re no longer accepting volunteers for any reason, for example if the opportunity was for an event that has passed, we recommend hiding the listing so volunteers can no longer find it on the site. Visit our other article for more information on how to hide a listing.
Event Listings
Event listings expire automatically 6 months from the posted date if no start date or end date are entered in the listing form.
If an end date is entered into the listing, the event listing will expire 1 day after that end date.
If a start date is entered into the listing but no end date, the listing will expire 14 days after the start date.
You can always hide an event listing before its expiration date if you’d like.
