We are seeking a strategic and community-rooted District Organizing Lead who genuinely enjoys grassroots organizing and the day-to-day work of being in community. The ideal candidate is energized by deep, site-based engagement and understands how to build trust, develop local leadership, and strengthen organizing ecosystems across diverse neighborhoods. This person thrives in hands-on field environments, has strong political instincts, and brings a steady commitment to long-term, community-centered work.
In this role, the District Lead will manage a team of organizers and anchor the district’s organizing plan by coordinating partners, aligning strategy, and driving the field work that informs our messaging and execution. They will cultivate partnerships with trusted community organizations, run district-level tables, oversee training and skill-building, lead site-based persuasion and issue education efforts, and help expand voter engagement and registration. Success in this role requires someone who can hold the big picture while staying grounded in on-the-ground grassroots work, ensuring each district builds durable, connected infrastructure that lasts beyond the election.
