As UCLA prepares for its next comprehensive philanthropic campaign, we are seeking a Senior Executive Director, Campaign Content and Creative, who will play a critical role in elevating both campaign-specific and ongoing donor communications at one of the nation's top fundraising institutions. As we shift toward a new era of donor engagement, storytelling and impact-driven fundraising, you will serve as our senior-most leader in development marketing and communications with responsibility for both campaign-related efforts and ongoing philanthropic communications. As UCLA's principal campaign and communications architect, you will oversee evergreen storytelling and engagement initiatives that elevate donor experience, support major gift activity, and advance philanthropic priorities year-round. This position is not simply about overseeing communications - it's about shaping how UCLA articulates its vision, earns trust, and inspires transformational investment from the communities it serves. Anticipated Hiring Salary: $116,300 - $250,000 Annually .
