Spay Neuter Network (SNN) is a mission-driven, high-volume veterinary services organization committed to increasing access to affordable, high-quality spay/neuter and related preventive care across Texas. Following a period of significant growth, SNN seeks an Executive Director (ED) to lead the organization through its next phase, focused on strengthening organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
The Executive Director will guide strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organizational alignment; invest deeply in the success and wellbeing of SNN’s dedicated and hardworking team; strengthen the organization’s role as an educator and community partner; and reinforce consistent, dependable service delivery. This work will ensure SNN is well positioned, internally and operationally, for thoughtful future growth.
We seek a human-centric, results-oriented, and inspirational leader who brings a passion for creating access to care, strong operational and programmatic experience, fundraising success, and a demonstrated ability to strengthen organizations and teams.
With a team of fifty+ across multiple sites and service models, the organization now has an opportunity to focus on absorbing recent growth, ensuring that systems, infrastructure, staffing models, and clinical protocols are sound, consistent, and sustainable. The new Executive Director will serve as SNN’s chief executive and strategic leader, responsible for guiding the organization through its next chapter with clarity, discipline, and care.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational leadership and business acumen; experience managing complex, multi-site operations; and the ability to represent SNN externally while centering internal alignment, staff support, and operational stability.
