    The WHPATP prepares emerging theater professionals with immersive, hands-on training and mentorship in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Apprentices gain technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry connections by working alongside seasoned professionals on Seattle Rep’s renowned productions. Committed to diversity and equity, the program strengthens the pool of skilled industry professionals in Washington state, and empowers individuals to excel in their craft while contributing to the future of the performing arts.
