    Description

    Seattle JazzED invites college-aged students (ages 18-25) with an interest in teaching to apply for an internship for Summer 2026. This role will support summer camp programming that serves students in grades 4-12.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying materials and lunchtime student supervision
    • Assist with teaching responsibilities such as participating in classes and providing focused support for small groups of students
    • Assist with class and performance set up and clean up
    • Participate in a one-day social media takeover, sharing program highlights and personal experiences with our JazzED community

    Qualifications

    • Passion for music education and youth development
    • Enthusiasm for working with diverse populations of students
    • Exhibit qualities such as adaptability and eagerness to learn
    • Must be able to provide own transportation to and from class

    Pay Rate: $25/hr
