    2. Train and groom all the newly appointed interns about their responsibilities in the organization
    3. Draft job roles and responsibilities for recruiting purposes.
    4. Retain the volunteers in the organization
    5. Create events for volunteer engagement
    6. Interview and onboarding new volunteers.
    7. Process certificates and offer letters.
    8. Assist in end-to-end volunteer journey.
