    POSITION TITLE Curriculum Management Intern

    DEPARTMENT Academic Strategy & Program Development

    REPORTS TO Global Curriculum Manager

    FLSA STATUS Non-exempt, part-time (15 hours per week)

    COMPENSATION $17.50 - $17.95/hour

    INTERNSHIP DATES January 2026 - May 2026 (with an opportunity to extend)

    LOCATION Virtual (Remote United States except CA and NY)

    This internship is geared towards candidates who are proactive and enjoy working independently in a collaborative environment. Interns will gain meaningful hands-on experience while developing new skills and having the opportunity to build connections across our global ISEP Community. The internship is designed to allow a candidate to gain exposure to many different facets of international education within an organization that mobilizes students across 50+ countries.

    PRINCIPAL RELATIONSHIPS

    Internal: Global Curriculum Manager and VP of Academic Strategy & Program Development

    External: ISEP Coordinators, faculty, and other contacts at member institutions

    KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    The intern's projects may vary based on their own interest and experience. Preferred projects and responsibilities include:

    • Collect and catalog course syllabi from ISEP member institutions
    • Update field of study guides for ISEP website
    • Engage in academic transcript data mining pulling off key details such as courses and subjects taken
    • Conduct competitor benchmarking concerning course searching and any field of study gaps
    • Audit field of study listings by specific members to ensure accuracy in ISEP database
    • Degree plan review from strategic members

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
    • Strong command of English
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on intercultural and interpersonal effectiveness.
    • Strong research and organizational skills, including attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
    • Ability to work during normal ISEP business hours, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with Office365 or Microsoft Office Suite
    • Previous study abroad experience, preferably on an ISEP Study Abroad program
    • Motivation and enthusiasm for the field of international education
