    Description

    The Smile Outreach seeks an experienced and dynamic Programs Manager to lead program implementation, drive strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of our 2026 programmatic goals. This role is central to translating our organizational mission into measurable community impact across adolescent health, youth empowerment, and women's protection initiatives.

    The Programs Manager will oversee a portfolio of initiatives, including Bold Spaces, The Good Cycle Initiative, Voices Against Violence, the Outreach Youth and Adolescent Lab (OYAL), and the Adolescent Resource Centre. Working closely with the Founder/Executive Director, the Programs Manager will coordinate with the Youth Engagement and Community (YEC) Manager, supervise the Programs Assistants, and collaborate with the Grants and Partnerships Manager to achieve integrated organisational impact.
