ARCK is an innovative 501(c)(3) education nonprofit that has been transforming the learning experience for students from marginalized communities since 2012. Our mission is to equip youth with the tools to develop confidence, creativity, and purpose. We achieve this through programs that ignite creative exploration and open doors to success in college, career, and beyond. We have launched a state-of-the-art Creativity Lab in the Fenway—a space where diverse learners can experiment, express themselves, innovate, and create pathways for a bright future.

We are seeking a full-time Operations Director to help strengthen the infrastructure that supports our mission and vision. This role will work closely with the CEO/Founder and core team to manage operational, HR, and development functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to help build systems that allow young people to flourish creatively and thrive in a changing world.
