    The Corporate and Foundation Relations Manager is a key driver of Out Teach’s growth and impact. This role coordinates the development, management, and expansion of strategic corporate and foundation partnerships that fuel experiential learning opportunities for teachers and students nationwide.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own and manage a portfolio of regional and national corporate and foundation partners
    • Coordinate partnerships across the full lifecycle, from prospecting and proposals to activation, stewardship, and renewal
    • Develop customized partnership strategies aligned with partners’ business and philanthropic goals
    • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, reporting, events, volunteer engagement, and growth opportunities
    • Serve as a trusted, high-touch point of contact for partners, ensuring strong retention and long-term value

    Who You Are

    • A relationship-driven fundraiser with 2–5 years of experience managing corporate and/or foundation partnerships
    • Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable owning revenue goals
    • Skilled communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
    • Passionate about education and creating measurable impact for students and educators
