Through a mix of job readiness training, hands-on work experience, and coaching on essential life and professional skills, youth gain the foundation needed for career and personal growth.

    Position Overview

The Workforce Partnerships Manager develops and manages partnerships with businesses, municipalities, and educational institutions to create meaningful paid work experiences for young adults enrolled in our workforce development program. This role focuses on identifying and securing new worksites that contract with our organization to host supervised work crews, financially supporting our workforce development program, while providing valuable on-the-job training for participants and meeting the partner’s project or staffing needs. The Workforce Partnerships Manager collaborates with the Director of Workforce Development to ensure that both the worksite partners and participants have a positive, productive experience.
