    MEDLIFE is a non-profit organization that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve their access to medicine, education, and community development projects. Our mission is to build a worldwide Movement empowering the poor in their fight for equal access to healthcare, education, and a safe home. Our vision is a world free from the constraints of poverty. MEDLIFE works with students from around the world in order to broaden their perspectives and better equip them to advocate for social justice.

    Our ideal Freelance Educational Talks Facilitator

    We’re looking for a passionate advocate who has an immediate connection to our mission and vision. We need storytellers that can elevate the voice of community members in developing countries. We need community organizers, who will rally groups together to fight for our cause, make positive connections, and build relationships with ease. We need problem solvers that can turn challenges into growth opportunities. A professional with a passion for social impact and who identifies with our organization’s purpose.     About the role

    We’re looking for a new freelance talent to work hand in hand with volunteers, staff, and communities to give Education talks about the Educational reality in Peru. By achieving that, you will contribute to one of MEDLIFE core focuses by providing access to equal Education to low-income communities.

    What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE?

    Give talks about:

    • The reality of Education services and programs in Peru and/or other regions of Latin America.
    • Comparative data regarding Education development in Peru versus other cities in Latin America or developed countries.
    • Good practices related to Education development.
    • Answer the questions of the volunteers.

    What will you bring?

    • Bachelor Degree in Education, Psychology, Psychopedagogy or related fields.
    • 2+ years of experience facilitating professional talks, workshops.
    • Advanced-level English skills required.
    • Work experience as a Teacher, Psychopedagogue or Educative Psychologist in the private and/or public sector.
    • Work experience in rural communities is a plus.
    • Knowledge about the educational system in Peru.
    • Availability to give talks on Lima Peru.
    • Live in Lima, Peru.
