    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT & CEO

    Getting Out and Staying Out (GOSO)

    Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

    Salary: $60,000–$70,000

    Job Type: Full-Time

    About GOSO

    Getting Out and Staying Out (GOSO) partners with young people impacted by arrest or incarceration, supporting their education, employment, and emotional well-being. Our programs include SAVE, GOSOWorks, and multiple education initiatives.

    About the Role

    GOSO is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team and Board of Directors. This role is essential to ensuring efficient operations, strong communication, and smooth coordination across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team
    • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, agendas, and minutes
    • Coordinate projects, timelines, events, and cross-team communication
    • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and research as needed
    • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and discretion at all times

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 3+ years administrative or operations experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, SurveyMonkey, and Constant Contact
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer-service skills

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary range: $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience.
