EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT & CEO
The New York Health Foundation (NYHealth) is seeking applications for an Executive Assistant. Reporting to the President and CEO, this person will provide high-level administrative, scheduling, and board-level support, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the Foundation’s mission.

Position Overview
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in the day-to-day effectiveness of the President & CEO and the broader Foundation. Key areas of responsibility include providing exceptional administrative support, assisting with projects through an understanding of the President & CEO’s programmatic work, and serving as a trusted ambassador for the executive office internally and externally. The Executive Assistant works independently and anticipates needs, coordinates closely with senior staff, and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors.
The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the President & CEO, coordinating complex scheduling, managing communications, supporting board-related activities, and acting as a liaison to senior staff, trustees, external partners, and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This is a hybrid role based in NYHealth’s New York City office, with in-office work expected two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and on occasional other days as required.
