Coordinate and assist with various aspects of WisTAF’s income and grants programs including:
Annual certification process for all IOLTA-participating financial institutions
Monthly/quarterly income remittance process
Regular reporting on program income, interest rates, and fees
Monthly grant expense reimbursement processes
Periodic grant application and reporting cycles
Basic office support and coordination of regular network maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
An ability and desire to learn new skills, tools, and processes
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through skills and the ability to prioritize multiple
assignments
Natural tendency to be proactive in offering ideas and new ways to enhance the work
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and flexible; work well both independently and on a team
