    Description

    Coordinate and assist with various aspects of WisTAF’s income and grants programs including:

     Annual certification process for all IOLTA-participating financial institutions

     Monthly/quarterly income remittance process

     Regular reporting on program income, interest rates, and fees

     Monthly grant expense reimbursement processes

     Periodic grant application and reporting cycles

     Basic office support and coordination of regular network maintenance

    REQUIREMENTS

     An ability and desire to learn new skills, tools, and processes

     Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

     Detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through skills and the ability to prioritize multiple

    assignments

     Natural tendency to be proactive in offering ideas and new ways to enhance the work

     Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

     Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and flexible; work well both independently and on a team
