Casey staff also have a hybrid work week to support a healthy work-life balance. Staff are required to be in the Baltimore-based office two days per week. This is not a fully remote position.

    The Foundation is seeking a program assistant to support its leadership development strategy, which helps leaders in the social and public sectors achieve measurable results for children and families. This time-limited position (up to three years) ensures that leadership programs run smoothly by coordinating materials, documenting progress and maintaining systems that help participants apply what they learn. This is not a permanent position and will not be extended beyond three years.

    Qualified candidates will have the following:

    • A bachelor’s degree in public or urban policy, public administration, criminal or social justice, human services, social work, social science or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and listening skills
    • The ability to independently manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in supporting social sector leaders
    • Willingness to travel
