    Position Summary:

    The House Seat Manager is responsible for managing house seat reservations for the organization’s Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. This role ensures that tickets reserved for VIPs, company members, industry professionals, and other priority groups are handled efficiently, accurately, and with excellent communication. This role will work closely with other LCT departments as it pertains to house seat requests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and process house seat requests for all LCT productions for the Vivian Beaumont, and Mitzi Newhouse
    • theaters, including: industry requests, company and creative team house seats, Tony voters, donors, and notable attendees.
    • Oversee and distribute weekly “notables lists” to internal stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of all house seat allocations.
    • Liaise with Box Office staff to ensure requests are fulfilled and updated in a timely manner.
    • Communicate confirmations, denials, and ticketing procedures to requestors with professionalism.
    • Coordinate seat holds, releases, and last-minute changes as needed.
    • Support Company Management and Press teams with high-priority requests, events, and special performances.
    • Uphold confidentiality and discretion with regard to high-profile or sensitive reservations.
    • Provide general administrative support for Front of House or
    • Company Management as needed.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience in ticketing, company management, box office, or arts administration in a performing arts organization; theater experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills demonstrated through digital communication, phone, and in person.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during award season or major events.
    • Familiarity with ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, Telecharge,
    • GuestTix, etc.) is a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits:
