    Description

    The Philanthropy Manager is responsible for providing critical administrative and operational support for the entire Philanthropy Team while simultaneously managing and cultivating key donor programs. The Philanthropy Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the Philanthropy Team operates efficiently and that our growing base of Sustainer-level individual donors (gifts below $4,999) feels valued and engaged. This position specifically involves managing and growing the Medical Debt Relief Association (MDRA), Undue’s recurring donor membership program, by engaging, cultivating, and stewarding Sustainer-level donors. The Philanthropy Manager will secure gifts, track all donor interactions, and manage a portfolio of Sustainer-level donors, while also building and managing reports through our CRM (Raiser’s Edge). Beyond direct donor management, the Philanthropy Manager handles all ongoing administrative responsibilities necessary to ensure the smooth operation and success of Undue’s diverse fundraising components, including precise data entry & reporting, drafting donor and internal correspondence, and maintaining effective internal project management.
