PART-TIME PROGRAM ASSOCIATE
Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is seeking a part-time employee to assist our team in handling the day-to-day operations of our Mental Health Education initiative. The ideal Program Associate is someone who has strong attention to detail, is able to work independently, and wants to support students in their education journey with Open Path. The position is 20 hours of work per week starting on or around January 12, 2026.

In partnership with licensed mental health clinicians throughout the United States and Canada, Open Path provides middle and lower-income level clients with access to affordable mental health care and education. Since our founding in 2013, Open Path has connected over 165,000 clients to affordable psychotherapeutic care. Additionally, Open Path has had over 75,000 students sign on to take one of our affordable online wellness courses.
Candidates for this position must:
Hours and Location: This is a part-time position with afternoon hours. Candidates should expect the hours to occur between Monday-Friday, from 1pm-5pm Eastern Time.
Open Path’s headquarters are located in Asheville, NC. Candidates may reside in any state in the United States as long as they are able to work the desired days and hours.
The Program Associate will need to use their laptop for this position. If you are already working a full-time job you do not plan to leave, please do not apply for this position! This position is perfect for people with another part-time job, students, or people looking to slowly enter the work world.
Compensation: $25/hour plus 39 paid days off per year.
