    Description

    The Organizing Director oversees all CLU organizing campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution, strong strategy, and a culture of accountability and energy. This role leads campaign planning and implementation across key initiatives, builds and supports coalition partners and grassroots leaders, tracks and reports program impact, and fosters collaboration through training and joint efforts. The Director also supports fundraising, supervises organizing staff as needed, and guides communications to amplify campaign wins and advance CLU’s mission.
