Position
Power to Decide is hiring one Digital Fellow (Fellow, Digital Programs). This one-year, full-time role will support the expansion and upkeep of the service finders on Bedsider and AbortionFinder.org. The Fellow is part of a team of three Digital Fellows responsible for collecting and maintaining data in our clinic finder database, including researching and tracking clinics that provide birth control and/or abortion care.
Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with others - whether that means building relationships with partners, making phone calls, or entering data accurately and on time.
The Fellows report to the Senior Data Manager.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about supporting access to reproductive health care and thrives in a detail-heavy, information-driven role. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and comfortable doing focused work like data entry and research. They should genuinely enjoy talking to people on the phone to gather accurate information and build relationships. This role is a great fit for someone who likes working behind the scenes to make sure information is accurate, timely, and useful, and who brings a collaborative spirit and strong communication skills to the team.

Salary and Benefits
The Fellow, Digital Programs is a 40-hour a week, non-exempt position. The salary is $27 an hour.
The Fellow is a full time, grant funded position and is eligible for an excellent benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, flexible work schedules, and generous leave including PTO, DC Sick Leave benefits, summer hours, a floating holiday, and paid holidays.
