    Description

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a self-driven and highly organized Executive Assistant to support and ensure seamless operation of daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive with a keen eye for detail and has the capacity to efficiently multitask with good communication skills. A self-starter with excellent organizational abilities, the candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting with various projects.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling efficiently.
    • Draft and proofread emails, letters, and reports with strong English proficiency.
    • Maintain accurate documentation, files, and confidential records.
    • Handle travel bookings, visa assistance, and prepare detailed itineraries.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communication.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups on action items.
    • Maintain spreadsheets and trackers for ongoing tasks and priorities.
    • Ensure timely coordination and completion of assigned tasks.
    • Support day-to-day HR operational and administrative responsibilities of the manager.
    • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication at all times.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce/Arts).
    • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative/coordination or support role.
    • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
    • Basic understanding of office operations and corporate communication.
    • Familiarity with MS Office Suite / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail).
    • Can join on Immediate basis or early as possible

    Specific Skills Requires:

    • Excellent English communication and fast, accurate typing ability.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and high accuracy in document handling.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
    • Professional and confident email etiquette.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
    • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
