Job Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven and highly organized Executive Assistant to support and ensure seamless operation of daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive with a keen eye for detail and has the capacity to efficiently multitask with good communication skills. A self-starter with excellent organizational abilities, the candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting with various projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling efficiently.
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and reports with strong English proficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation, files, and confidential records.
- Handle travel bookings, visa assistance, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups on action items.
- Maintain spreadsheets and trackers for ongoing tasks and priorities.
- Ensure timely coordination and completion of assigned tasks.
- Support day-to-day HR operational and administrative responsibilities of the manager.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication at all times.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce/Arts).
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative/coordination or support role.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of office operations and corporate communication.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail).
- Can join on Immediate basis or early as possible
