    Exciting Opportunity to Lead and Inspire in Honduras!

    Are you passionate about education, intercultural collaboration, and making a meaningful impact? BECA (Bilingual Education for Central America) is hiring for a Hybrid Instructional Administrator/Program Manager position based in Cofradía, Cortés, Honduras — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to make a difference!

    Start Date: ASAP

    What You’ll Do:

    • Coach and support teachers through professional development and curriculum planning.
    • Lead academic assessments and collaborate on intervention strategies.
    • Manage team well-being, housing, and logistics for BECA programs and events.
    • Foster strong community ties and intercultural understanding.
    • Support fundraising, social media, and strategic partnerships

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • A collaborative leader with a growth mindset and strong cross-cultural skills.
    • 6+ years of experience in education or organizational management.
    • Passionate about social justice and community-driven education.
    • Ready to thrive in a dynamic, low-resource environment.
    • Preference given to candidates willing to commit 2+ years.

    Level of Language Proficiency

    Other requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
    • Experience leading adult learning and professional development experiences for educators in multiple modalities (in-person, online, asynchronous, etc)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitation skills, and communication skills
    • Ability to motivate and collaborate with other teachers and leadership team members
    • Results-oriented, with demonstrated skill in using data to inform and improve student learning and school programs
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and creative
    • Ability to give, receive, and grow and learn through feedback is essential
