    Description

    All Hands Ecology is looking for an Operations & Systems Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of our dynamic conservation organization. We’re collaboratively stewarding 5,000 acres of protected land while fostering environmental education, community engagement, workforce development, and conservation science projects. Our work is rooted in healing our relationships with the land and one another, and it relies on strong internal systems, thoughtful coordination, and shared responsibility.

    As part of a dedicated team of 50 staff, the coordinator will provide essential administrative and systems support across Human Resources, IT, Operations, and Programs, and will play a key role in supporting the people, programs, and processes that make collaborative land stewardship possible, while also helping to develop and refine systems that will strengthen the organization’s effectiveness and future resilience.

    The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
