Join a respected organization combining purpose, community, and impact.

    The Role

Join the engine behind Team NoStigmas—our highly visible, multi-event charity fundraising operation. • Recruit, onboard, and motivate participants and volunteers; create a supportive, mission-driven team culture
    • Support fundraising: Help development team reach goals, provide tools/resources, celebrate wins
    • Run team operations: Handle registration, waivers, event swag, team communications, logistics, and event-day support
    • Administer digital infrastructure: CRM automation, fundraising platforms, expense tracking, roster management
    • Manage vendor relationships: Contract race partners, negotiate sponsorships, activate third-party support
    • Host and organize events: Scheduling training runs, social gatherings, kickoff/celebration events; ensure smooth execution
    • Tight documentation: Update and expand the Team NoStigmas Coordinator SOP/manual for lasting continuity and quality
    • Champion the NoStigmas mission at all times—bring energy, compassion, and resilience
