    Please note that the P/T Program Supervisor role is a grant-funded position running from January 2026 to September 2026. We are actively working to secure continued funding for FY27 and beyond, as we view this role as a vital part of our organization and the critical work we do.

    Position Overview:

    As a P/T Program Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of the ABC home visiting program to families across all five boroughs. You will lead a team of 6-10 Parent Coaches and Parent Coach Consultants, each managing a caseload of approximately 10-15 families, ensuring high-quality program implementation. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a supportive, interpersonal approach to coaching and supervision.

    Qualifications: Experience with programs that provide short-term counseling and/or case management services to culturally diverse, underserved families preferred; Experience with high-needs children highly desirable; Familiarity with data tracking and management highly desirable; Must possess excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail and prompt deliverables; Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience supporting a team at various points in their career; Bilingual, English-Spanish preferred; Compatibility with Power of Two’s purpose, goals, and approach.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in Social Work or Nonprofit Management preferred).

    Location: Brooklyn offices, and off-site as needed.

    Experience: 2+ years of direct management experience with large teams, reflective supervision experience preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    Program & Team Leadership:

    • Provide reflective supervision, administrative oversight, and constructive feedback to Parent Coaches.
    • Foster a team culture focused on quality, continuous learning, and reflective practice.
    • Work closely with the ABC Parenting Institute clinical team to support coaches' skill development as needed.
    • Support team on continuous professional development and skills growth

    Program Implementation & Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure Parent Coaches meet individual and team goals for delivering ABC to families.
    • Communicate and enforce clinical and case management policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain quality improvement processes for program delivery and case management.
    • Conduct quality assurance checks on data entry, administrative tasks, and family satisfaction.

    Case & Referral Management:

    • Collaborate with the Referrals team to inform parent coach capacity and needs to inform case assignments. Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups on referrals.
    • Maintain compliance with documentation requirements, including records and reports.
    • Support team with continuous outreach to both families and referral partners.
    • Support team with screening, identifying, and connecting to additional family resources as needed.

    Collaboration & Organizational Development:

    • Partner with the Program Director to inform protocols and team goals.
    • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
    • Support other teams and departments as needed to reach organizational goals.
