Who We Seek
Hispanic Federation seeks a Grants and Contract Coordinator to support HF’s grantmaking program and contract-related work. The position is ideal for entry level professionals interested in non-profit administration and management. Grants and Contract Coordinator will provide support in a deadline-driven office, including extensive fact-checking; data management; and reviewing and monitoring contracts and deliverables, files, and grant documentation, including grant budgets and reports. The position is an integral member of the HF administrative team.
The coordinator must be highly detail-oriented, a self-starter, and able to accurately complete a range of administrative tasks necessary for successful and timely reporting to senior management and government contractors. This position reports to and works closely with the Grants Managers and Vice President for Grantmaking and Capacity Building.

Reports to: Vice President for Grants and Capacity Building, along with the Grants Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $45,000 – $50,000 and is commensurate with experience. Compensation includes fully subsidized medical, dental, vision insurance, access to flexible spending for medical and transportation, and a 403 (B) retirement plan with match after 6 months of service.
