    Description

    Craft Emergency Relief Fund (CERF+) seeks an experienced, organized, and service-oriented individual to serve as the Manager, Field Education & Programs beginning April 2026. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of CERF+’s field education, readiness, and program initiatives. The Manager works closely with craft artists, field partners, and staff to design accessible, equitable, and responsive training and programs; steward program data and learning; and represent CERF+ in the craft community and arts and culture sector. This position plays a key role in advancing mission-driven education and long-term investment in the well-being and preparedness of craft artists.
