Additionally, the DCS is responsible for helping with managing and posting to MADRE’s social media accounts, updating website content, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to manage digital projects efficiently. The DCS is expected to take initiative in ensuring all digital materials reflect MADRE’s brand identity and voice. The DCS may supervise interns and manage relationships with consultants to support content creation and design production.

    • Stay current with design and platform trends, integrating new formats (e.g., Reels, interactive stories, motion graphics) where appropriate.
    • Monitor and respond actively to follower engagement using independent judgment and discretion, fostering a consistent and inclusive community tone and presence.

    Website & Digital Platform Coordination:

    • Collaborate with team members and external vendors to maintain MADRE’s website, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with current campaigns and organizational goals.
