    Description

    Position Overview:

    The Fund for the City of New York is seeking a detail-oriented HR Fellow to support the HR team with a range of administrative and organizational projects. This role is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. The HR Fellow will assist with personnel records management, data clean-up in our HRIS, and general administrative tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our HR processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Review, organize, and clean up personnel records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
      • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and assisting with employee inquiries.
      • Assist in the clean-up and maintenance of data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
      • File and organize both digital and physical HR documents, maintaining compliance with filing standards.
      • Support the HR team with additional tasks as needed, contributing to overall departmental efficiency.

    Qualifications:

      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
      • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
      • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.

    Compensation

    This position offers an hourly rate of $25, with a work schedule of 7 hours per day on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at FCNY’s office
