    WordPress Website Developer (Volunteer)

    Please help us create and maintain a dynamic online platform to showcase our programs and reach more youth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, customize, and optimize our WordPress site (themes, plugins, and integrations such as Elementor).
    • Implement SEO, mobile responsiveness, security, and performance improvements.
    • Collaborate on new features and ongoing maintenance.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with page builders (e.g., Elementor) and basic hosting.
    • Bonus: Accessibility standards or nonprofit web experience.

    Time Commitment: Flexible, 5–15 hours/week (fully remote).

    Communication/Storytelling Officer (Volunteer)

    Bring our youth success stories to life and inspire supporters through powerful narratives!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Craft engaging content: newsletters, blog posts, impact stories, and campaigns.
    • Develop storytelling strategies to highlight participant experiences.
    • Support content for social media and PR efforts.

    Required Skills:

    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
    • Experience in digital communications and content creation.
    • Bonus: Video editing or nonprofit storytelling background.

    Time Commitment: Flexible, 5–10 hours/week (fully remote).

    Graphic Designer (Volunteer)

    Be our brand guardian and create visuals that capture attention

    The Role:

    • Design eye-catching social media graphics, event flyers, workshop materials, and branding assets using Canva or Adobe tools.

    Grant Researcher & Writer (Volunteer)

    • Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn accounts.
    • Create and schedule engaging posts to build audience and awareness.
