Imagine arriving in a new city, full of dreams and determination for your family, but without a map, a network, or anyone to ask for help. That’s where many families begin their journey with The Platform of Hope. They arrive with strength. We welcome them with belief, and build alongside them the connections, skills, and support they need to move forward with confidence.

We are a grassroots organization evolving from pilot to permanence. We integrate housing, education, health, and more to partner with families as they identify goals and self-direct their plans.
