Position Summary
The Database Manager reports to the Associate Director of Philanthropy and is an essential member of the highly collaborative Advancement division. This mid-level position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing TLC’s Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge CRM to ensure data integrity, timeliness, and usability to support fundraising efforts and broader organization. They will work closely with the Philanthropy and Finance teams to complete timely gift entry and acknowledgement processes, generate reports and dashboards, manage user accounts and permissions, and support staff in using the database effectively. Over time, this position may include training and supervising other staff on database practices.

Work Schedule and Benefits
This is a full time (40 hours/week), hybrid, permanent, exempt position. The work schedule for this position is normally Monday-Friday. After onboarding, a typical week involves two days in person in a TLC office. In addition to salary, employees receive ten paid holidays and accrue paid time off, along with 100% employer-paid group medical, vision and dental insurance, a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, short-term and long-term disability insurance, term life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.
