    At StreetWise Partners, we are on a mission to drive career mobility and ensure that adults from under-served communities can develop strong professional fluency and resiliency. Our comprehensive mentoring, career coaching and job placement program, “StreetWise Bridge” empowers job seekers with skills, social capital and self-trust to achieve financial stability through meaningful employment. Each year we serve 600 adults through the support of 1500 volunteers. As a result of our program, 70% of graduates are employed within one year, with annual full time salaries increasing from $10K to 60K+ - transformational for themselves, their families and their communities.

    We have ambitious goals; By 2035, we aim to build and activate a dynamic ecosystem of job seekers, volunteers, employers and community organizations who together launch career pathways for 20,000 adults from underserved communities.

    Position Overview:

    The Alumni Success Lead drives StreetWise Partners’ efforts to build a strong, connected alumni community that promotes career growth and long-term professional success. This role leads alumni engagement, communications, and data management within the Talent Services team, ensuring all alumni have continual access to employment support, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

    The Alumni Success Lead will collaborate with the Employer Relations Lead and the Talent Services team to oversee data systems, track outcomes, and provide insights that influence strategies and decision-making. This position plays a key role in increasing alumni success, deepening partnerships, and cultivating an inclusive network that supports progressive career growth.

    Responsibilities

    Alumni Engagement & Career Support

    • Manage a caseload of job seekers and provide effective, one-on-one career coaching to support alumni career advancement
    • Conduct quarterly check-ins to assess employment outcomes, identify barriers, and create actionable plans to help job seekers achieve their goals
    • Build a strong alumni community through monthly virtual or in-person events that encourage networking and continual mentorship
    • Manage alumni communications through newsletters, directories, and digital platforms while promoting career opportunities and celebrating success.
    • Partner with the Employer Relations Lead to promote jobs, track placements, and share success stories.
    • Match job seekers with one-time volunteers for informational interviews, mock interviews, and résumé support to build networks and enhance job search outcomes.
    • Collaborate across teams to inform and recruit alumni for employer events and professional learning opportunities.
    • Provide clear, consistent, and mission-aligned messaging across alumni communication channels.

    Systems, Data & Reporting

    • Oversee Salesforce data management to ensure accurate and timely tracking of alumni engagement and employment metrics.
    • Produce clear reports on outcomes, trends, and impact for leadership, funders, and partners
    • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate alumni engagement and career progress
    • Analyze data to identify insights, improve services, and strengthen alumni strategies

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in workforce development, human resources, education, or a related field
    • 2–5 years of experience in career services, employment programs, or talent development, ideally in a mission-driven organization
    • Proven ability to create and maintain relationships across diverse communities
    • Strong organization and project management skills with keen attention to detail
    • Excellent event coordination, facilitation, and presentation skills
    • Self-driven and adaptable, with strong technical skills and a passion for learning new tools
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
    • Experience using data to evaluate programs and inform improvements
    • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Flexibility to occasionally work some evenings or attend evening events

    This position requires sedentary work. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
