Executive Assistant

The Bergel Institute is dedicated to the advancement of human knowledge and the human condition.

We are currently seeking to hire a part-time Executive Assistant to work on-site in our Palm Beach Gardens office. Ideal candidates have experience and strong interest in supporting the work of the executive team, with most of the time spent in support of the Executive Director's work. The ability to work independently is also important as you organize myriad aspects of both the organization's and the Executive Director's work.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the Executive Director's daily email and regular mail correspondences, writing original copy as needed and also writing from conversation with the ED.
• Supporting all other daily work of the Executive Director, to include meeting schedules and general project management.
• Ensuring all back-end aspects of each project are organized at the office and in the cloud.
• Assisting with research on the six areas of focus of the Institute (Economics, Science, Technology, Consciousness, Health, and Culture).
