    Audiofemme is a feminist-led New York–based arts and music organization dedicated to supporting creative expression, amplifying emerging artists, and producing innovative cultural programming. Through live events, digital content, and community-driven projects, we connect art, music, and audiences in meaningful ways.

    • *Position Overview**

    We are seeking a creative, motivated Social Media Intern to help manage and grow our online presence. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in arts, music, and digital storytelling to gain real-world experience in content creation, audience engagement, and brand development. Internship is eligible for college credit and includes a monthly stipend.

    • *Responsibilities**
    • Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook
    • Capture and edit photo and video content at events, in-person interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments
    • Write engaging captions and short-form copy that aligns with our brand voice
    • Monitor comments and messages and support community engagement
    • Research social media trends, artists, and relevant cultural conversations
    • Help track performance metrics and suggest ideas to increase reach and engagement
    • *Qualifications**
    • Strong interest in art, music, and creative culture
    • Familiarity with major social media platforms and current trends
    • Basic skills in content creation (photo/video editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc. are a plus)
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
    • Must be based in or able to commute to New York City
