    General Purpose:

    Essential2Life is seeking a Program Coordinator for the FIFTEEN leadership development program. The FIFTEEN program is designed to cultivate leadership in at-risk youth and prepare them for life after high school. Our students achieve a 100% high school graduation rate and 85% go on to college. The Program Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement effective systems and best practices. “The role involves coordinating program activities (including planning and coordinating volunteers and activities for Fifteen program class sessions), managing volunteer teams, and ensuring high program quality and impact.”

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate all aspects of the FIFTEEN Program, including bimonthly session preparation, delivery, and follow-up.
      • Oversee recruitment and engagement of local high school students.
      • Manage and support volunteer staff and facilitators.
      • Implement continuous program improvements and track key performance metrics.
      • Foster relationships with community partners, educators, and stakeholders.
      • Participate in strategic planning and reporting.

    Minimum Requirements:

      • Passion for empowering at-risk youth and fostering leadership.
      • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
      • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
      • Ability to work independently and remotely.
      • Willingness to travel locally for program-related activities.
      • Availability on Saturdays (bimonthly) for program sessions.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
      • Experience in program management, preferably in educational or non-profit settings.
